Breakfast time!

Shortly we will be beginning a unit on the Jewish New Year and Rosh Hashana. As an introduction, today, Morah brought an apple to circle time. We spoke about the color of the apple . It was RED.

Then Morah showed us a surprise. Something was 'hiding' inside the apple. We couldn't believe our eyes when Morah cut open the apple and we discovered a STAR inside. Boy were we fascinated! We each had a  turn to hold and observe the star.
