Fall Trip today!

As you know, we have been discussing the "Fall" this week. Morah showed us how leaves start to change colors and fall off the trees. It gets windy. We blew with our mouths to show the wind, and the leaves from our tree 'blew away'! As the weather is changing, and it starts to get colder outside, we are also wearing warmer clothing. Morah brought hats and jackets to our circle time so we were able to see the different articles of  clothing we wear to keep as warm in the "Fall".

With our hands we sang the song:
Tune: London bridge is falling down....
All the leaves are falling down, falling down, falling down,
All the leaves are falling down, to the ground.

What a great time we had today, exploring the trees and leaves and collecting all different shapes and colors of leaves in our bag.

After we collected leaves we had time to play in the park.

As we left the park we saw a tree with pinecones

We also saw a berry tree

Even though it has been raining most of the week, we still used our gross motor skills and went down to the gym:)
